Interac Corp. is excited to announce that Nicolas Coulombe, Chief Security Officer at Desjardins Group has joined its Board of Directors.
In his current role, Nicolas oversees the teams in charge of information security, protecting personal information, financial crime prevention including money laundering, tax evasion and fraud, and corporate security. These teams are part of the Desjardins Group Security Office, where more than a thousand dedicated professionals protect our members and clients every day.
Nicolas joined Desjardins Group in 2011, where he has held various roles within the Infrastructure & Operations Group. He holds a Bachelor or Engineering degree from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and a master’s degree in business administration from Université de Sherbrooke.
Nicolas’s expertise as a leader transforming challenges into opportunities will be an asset in guiding the Interac strategy forward to help lead Canadians to digital prosperity.
