1. #1 in Financial Services: Gustavson Brand Trust Index
Trust is our middle name and it is paramount to the work we do every day. The Gustavson Brand Trust Index measures the level of trust Canadian consumers have in corporate and product brands. For the last three years, Canadians named Interac the most trusted financial services brand, a title we hold with pride.
2. FinTech Company of the Year: Interac
Interac was named the FinTech Company of the Year at the Canadian FinTech & AI Awards. We were among steep competition, including start-ups, Canada’s Big Five banks, major tech conglomerates, leading retailers and consulting firms, post secondary institutions and more. This award – one of the largest and most prestigious within the Canadian FinTech community – demonstrates our innovative solutions, game-changing go-to-market strategies, and overall contributions to the FinTech industry in Canada.
3. 2018 Most Influential Women in Payments: Debbie Gamble

ACT Canada awarded Interac e-Transfer Autodeposit and Request Money the title “Payment Solution of the Year,” which recognizes products and services with a significant impact on the payments industry. We definitely agree that helping millions of Canadians send, request and receive money more quickly and efficiently than ever before is a significant accomplishment.

6. Rising Star Award: Mamata Krishnamurthy
Every year, The Women in Payments Rising Star Award recognizes a woman in the payments industry who demonstrates leadership and professional excellence. Mamata Krishnamurthy, Senior Manager, Digital Payments, who has helped bring both e-commerce and mobile debit solutions to international markets, fits that bill.
7. 2018 Midas Award in TV/Cinema: Mysterious Man
The Midas Awards celebrate the best in financial marketing and advertising, and the best is what we strive for. In 2018, Interac earned a Gold in TV/Cinema for our Mysterious Man commercial, which highlights how far payments technology has come and the possibilities for the future.
